Can we visit Karens Studio?
Karen studio in Mailors Flat is currently closed to visitors..p
When do we post out orders?
Items are posted twice a week from country Victoria, Monday and Fridays
Who do we ship through?
All items, except large originals are sent with Australia Post.
Large originals are sent with TNT
How are items shipped?
All items are packaged with care and delivered to the post office in excellent condition.
All prints are packaged flat
Items are sent standard post.
Do you accept Returns?
No returns for change of mind or damaged items in transit.
If an item arrives damaged through Australia Post please let us know and together we can try to follow up with Australia post for compensation, or if an original is received damaged please contact TNT
Of course if there is a fault in manufacturing of item, please contact us so we can fix or replace your item.
My item arrived and it looks a slightly different colour.
Please note as all computer monitors are slightly different, the colour tones you are seeing cannot be guaranteed as exactly a true representation of the final product.
Commissions?
Karen rarely takes individual commission work as her passion is local tourism. If you are a business/club/school that would be interested in capturing their town etc please reach out to Karen. Please note Karens painting schedule is booked out atm.
Wholesale?
Yes Karen loves to wholesale to new stockists and Tourist Information Centres! Please make contact if you would like to become a stockist.
