Karens studio is closed for visits atm, but your order can be collected via doorstep collection from her Mailors Flat address. Youll receive a sms to advise of address and arrange a time to collect. This can often be same day if item is in stock or arrange another time.
When do we post?
Items are posted twice a week from country Victoria, Monday and Fridays
Who do we ship through?
All items, except large originals are sent with Australia Post.
Large originals are sent with TNT
How much is postage?
There are a few different posting categories.
Spend $5 to $15 = $5 postage (within Australia)
Spend $16 to $33 = $12 postage (within Australia)
Spend $34 to $55 = $16 postage(within Australia)
Spend $56 to $149= $20 postage (within Australia)
Spend $150 to $179= $25 postage(within Australia)
Spend $100+ use codeword EASTER = Free Postage (within Australia)
Do we ship overseas?
Overseas shipping to UK, Europe and USA is now available in checkout process. This is for one puzzle only.
If youd like more than one, please contact Karen for shipping quote.
How are items shipped?
All items are packaged with care and delivered to the post office in excellent condition.
All prints are packaged flat
Items are sent standard post.
Do you accept Returns?
No returns for change of mind or damaged items in transit.
If an item arrives damaged through Australia Post please follow up with Australia post for compensation, or if an original is received damaged please contact TNT
Can I visit Karen's home studio?
Unfortunately Karen's studio is closed for appointments and visitations until further notice.
My item arrived and it looks a slightly different colour.
Please note as all computer monitors are slightly different, the colour tones you are seeing cannot be guaranteed as exactly a true representation of the final product.
Commissions?
Karen rarely takes commission work as her passion is local tourism. If you are a business/club that would be interested in capturing their building etc please reach out to Karen.
